Please join SCAPA in welcoming Marty Wray as the Airport’s new Manager of Operations.  He worked here previously in 2010-2011 and returns with a great deal of experience in construction management, airfield management, airfield maintenance, and airport event management.  Please stop by the Airport office and introduce yourself to Marty when you have a chance.
