Attention San Carlos Pilots! The Annual General Membership Meeting of your Airport Association will be Wednesday, May 24 at 7 pm! This will be our first in-person meeting since before the pandemic, and we’re hoping you will join us.
Our guest speaker will be Tim Reid, Interim Manager of Mojave Spaceport. Tim’s presentation is sure to be fascinating, and we’re hoping for strong attendance to show our appreciation for his long-distance trip.
Plus, we’ll be updating you on some of the issues we’ve been concerned with over the past year, including San Carlos Tower’s understaffing, the FAA’s proposed changes to the RNAV approach to SQL, the upcoming month-long airport closure for runway rehabilitation, and more.
Please join us! The meeting will be held at Hiller Aviation Museum (enter through the main museum (front) doors.) All are welcome – we’d love to have you join the Airport Association, but you don’t have to be a member to attend.
