The Board of Directors is organizing our next barbecue on Sun. Oct. 13, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the back patio at the Hiller Museum. Be sure to save the date.

We are pleased to announce that Frank’s Texas BBQ will cater the event.  The menu includes:

  • Mesquite Smoked Pork Ribs served with Award Winning BBQ Sauce
  • Southwestern Marinated Chicken grilled to perfection
  • Longhorn Potato Salad
  • Cesar Salad with cheese on the side
  • Watermelon Wedges

There will undoubtedly be tasks that could use volunteer help. This is a great opportunity to meet other members of the Association. If you’d like to volunteer, please contact Matthew Baum at [email protected].

Admission to the BBQ is free for paid-up members. Guests of members (including spouses) will be $15 each.

We also hope to have several aircraft on display. This is always a very popular event but it does take some advance planning. If you have an aircraft that you’d like to display, please send an email to Jerry Grainger at [email protected].

This year, to help us better estimate the number of meals we need to prepare, we are asking everyone to please send an RSVP email to [email protected] by noon Tues. Oct. 8th if you plan to attend.
