The Board of Directors is organizing our next barbecue on Sun. Oct. 15, 2017 Â from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the back patio at the Hiller Museum. Be sure to save the date.
This year we are going to use a caterer. Nevertheless, there will undoubtedly be tasks that could use volunteer help. This is a great opportunity tomeet other members of the Association. If you’d like to volunteer, please contact Curt Nehring at [email protected].
Admission to the BBQ is free for paid-up members. Guests of members (including spouses) will be $15 each.
We also hope to have several aircraft on display. This is always a very popular event but it does take some advance planning. If you have an aircraft that you’d like to display, please send an email to [email protected].
This year, to help us better estimate the number of meals we need to prepare, we are asking folks to register in advance on the eventbrite system. All members should have received an invitation by email. If you are a member and haven’t received an invitation, contact [email protected].
